How we use AI in your work
AI is here to make our work better — not to replace thinking. Used well, it helps us move faster, structure ideas, and polish writing. Used blindly, it creates confusion, bad data, and client risk. This is the line we hold on every engagement.
Humans lead with understanding.
AI helps shape and sharpen the output.
Where AI earns its place
Every output is owned, reviewed, and finalized by a human who understands your context, goals, and standards.
✅ We use AI for
- Polishing writing — rewriting for clarity and tone, while we own the meaning.
- Spreadsheet work — finding duplicates, summarizing, charting, and analysis, with the numbers double-checked.
- Campaign briefs — outlining steps, assets, and timelines; the idea, goals, and strategy come from us.
- Process improvements — speeding up manual tasks once we understand the process and outcomes.
- Brainstorming & structure — turning scattered thoughts into outlines and frameworks.
❌ We never
- Generate reports from data we don't understand — no uploading ad-account or performance data to produce numbers we can't explain.
- Paste client emails, names, or personal data into public AI tools.
- Auto-generate agendas from raw notes without understanding your goals, strategy, and the reasoning behind recommendations.
- Ship anything we can't explain in our own words.
🔒 Data & privacy
- We use only approved tools — enterprise AI environments, never consumer/free tiers that train on inputs.
- We never upload or share client-identifiable information or financial data.
- When in doubt, we anonymize — replacing names with roles and redacting sensitive details.
🧪 Quality & hallucination checks
- We fact-check everything — AI can fabricate stats, examples, and quotes.
- Any AI-surfaced data or metric is verified against the source — sheets, dashboards, your reports.
- AI-assisted drafts are flagged internally as such until a human has reviewed them.
- If we can't explain a number or statement in our own words, it isn't ready to ship.
🧭 Accountability
- AI can assist us — but we are the author. We're accountable for the accuracy and quality of everything delivered.
- Every output reflects 42's strategy and standards before it reaches you.
- Protecting client trust and confidentiality is non-negotiable.
💡 Example in practice
This very policy was created using AI — as an example of good AI use. Our founder wrote the key ideas, then used AI to:
- Organize and clarify the structure
- Improve tone and readability
- Suggest examples and headings
Every word was then reviewed, edited, and finalized by a human who understands the context, goals, and standards. That's the model we bring to your engagement.
Use AI to think clearer — not to avoid thinking.
Understand first → Generate second → Review always → Be transparent
